Terms & Conditions – MOBIHUB
Effective Date: 24th March 2026These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MOBIHUB mobile application and services provided through https://mobihub.in. By registering or using MobiHub, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
MOBIHUB is a billing and inventory management platform designed to help businesses manage invoices, stock records, customer information and compliance related activities. We may modify, suspend or update features at any time without prior notice.
2. User Eligibility
• Users must be 18 years or older
• Users must provide accurate business and personal information
• Users must be authorized to represent the business entity
We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.
3. Account Registration & Security
Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities performed through their account
• Updating profile and business information when required
Biometric login (if enabled) is an optional device level security feature.
4. KYC / Business Verification
To enable certain features, MobiHub may require:
• Business PAN
• GST Number
• Aadhaar or identity verification
• Business location verification
Users agree to provide valid information for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
• Use the app for unlawful billing or tax evasion
• Upload false invoices or fraudulent data
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• Use the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Data Accuracy & Compliance Responsibility
MobiHub provides tools to generate invoices and maintain records.
Users are solely responsible for:
• Accuracy of billing entries
• GST filing correctness
• Compliance with tax and financial regulations
MobiHub does not provide legal or tax advisory services.
7. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
If paid plans are introduced:
• Subscription fees will be displayed inside the app
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Failure to pay may result in service limitation
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability
• Error free operation
• Real-time syncing under all network conditions
Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.
9. Data Storage & Retention
Business and transaction records may be retained:
• During active account usage
• After account deletion, for up to 8 years to comply with tax or legal obligations
Users agree to such retention where required.

11. Intellectual Property
The MobiHub application, including its software, features, design, branding and related content, is owned and managed by its respective owners and operators.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application only for lawful business purposes.
Users shall not:
• Copy, modify, distribute or resell any part of the application
• Attempt reverse engineering or unauthorized access
• Use the application in any manner that violates applicable laws or these Terms
All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• MobiHub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of business, data or profits due to user error or regulatory issues
• Incorrect tax filings or financial penalties
Users must independently verify financial records.
13. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify MobiHub against claims arising from:
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of law or regulations
• Inaccurate data submission
14. Privacy
Use of MOBIHUB is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://mobihub.in
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction shall lie with courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka – INDIA.
