Payment Policy – MOBIHUB
Effective Date: 24th March 2026This Payment Policy explains how payments, subscriptions and billing are handled for services provided through the MOBIHUB platform accessible at https://mobihub.in.
1. Pricing & Subscription Plans
MOBIHUB may offer paid plans, feature upgrades or subscription services within the application.
• Pricing details are displayed inside the app or platform before purchase
• Subscription duration, renewal cycle and applicable taxes will be shown in subscription / plan details
• Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before confirming payment
2. Payment Methods
Payments will be processed through:
• Online payment gateways / authorised payment service providers
Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of such payment providers.
3. Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions
Subscriptions will not automatically renew.
• At the end of each billing cycle user will be notified for renewals.
• Renewal charges will be applied using the selected payment method
4. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment:
• Users will receive confirmation through registered email
• Access to paid features will be activated as per the selected plan
In case of payment failure or delay, feature access may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.
5. Taxes & Compliance
All applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, may be charged based on the user’s billing information and prevailing legal requirements.
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and business details.
6. Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a payment is declined, reversed or disputed:
• MOBIHUB may suspend access to paid services
• Users may be required to clear outstanding dues to restore services
7. Pricing Changes
MOBIHUB reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or introduce new plans.
Any pricing changes will apply:
• At the time of renewal
• Or when users opt into a new plan
8. Refund & Cancellation
Payments are subject to the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy available on https://mobihub.in.Users are encouraged to review these policies before making payments.
